1. Return Eligibility & Window

Damaged or defective products are subject to eligibility for return or replacement, as determined by The Horizon Boutique.

Eligibility for a return or replacement is within the first 14 days of your confirmed product delivery. Should you find any damage or defect, please contact us immediately.

The 14-day period begins from the date of confirmed delivery, not order placement.

Returns and replacements are only accepted when a product is damaged or defective upon delivery and are subject to approval by The Horizon Boutique. Returns are not accepted for a change of choice, size, or dissatisfaction.

All return or replacement requests must be initiated by contacting us within 14 days of your product delivery. A valid proof of purchase is required, including your name, email, phone number, and any additional details needed to verify your order.


2. Conditions for Returns

Clothing Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and labels intact. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration, or returned without original tags, will not be accepted — even if within the return window. Please return the item in its original packaging where possible. If opened, return eligibility is subject to approval by The Horizon Boutique.

Accessories and Other Products (Journals, Notebooks, Mugs, Phone Cases, etc.) must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and remain unused. If a defect is discovered after opening, return eligibility is subject to approval by The Horizon Boutique.

All purchases are considered final and are only eligible for return or replacement if they arrive damaged or defective. Should we determine that the damage was not caused during delivery, the return will not be accepted.

Returns will not be accepted for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of preference.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we will explore possible options for your satisfaction. We encourage reaching out within 72 hours of delivery with supporting evidence, as this improves eligibility for available options.

Provide as much evidence as possible — this is required to assess eligibility. Resolution options may include a replacement or a refund, as appropriate. All outcomes remain at the final discretion of The Horizon Boutique. Compensation varies based on the nature of the damage or defect and the evidence provided.


4. Return Shipping

Return shipping is handled by our trusted third-party partner. If return shipping is unavailable through our partner, we may ask you to arrange the return of your eligible product, in which case we will provide the return address and instructions.

Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs may be covered by The Horizon Boutique under certain circumstances and are subject to approval. Any coverage of return shipping charges remains at our final discretion.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Return shipping availability may vary by location and is not guaranteed in all regions.


5. Inventory & Third-Party Handling

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted third-party partner(s). While we maintain high standards, shipping times and conditions may vary. The Horizon Boutique is not liable for delays or damages caused during transit by third-party logistics providers, beyond the remedies outlined in this policy.

In the event of shipping damage, please follow the procedure outlined in Section 3.
